I'm not so sure I'd call your fears irrational. An exploding balloon can startle anyone if it goes off right beside them. I've been at some wild children's parties 🥳 I can tell you. Some of your other examples such as the tin croissants produce another fear, of impulse eating as I'm only keeping myself on the BMI track of healthy weight by not purchasing such delicious products! Nope, rational is how I'd label your fears. Nice writing ✍️

I like your humor, Mark!

Definitely would place being startled by a balloon next to you exploding as a fear anyone would have, and mine goes a bit further... I'm just sitting there.... Eyeing the balloons at parties and such just WAITING for them to pop! Like they'll all of a sudden expand and pop!

But of course, when a wild child squeezes them I innately wanna run out of the house haha!

Oooh but yes... The fear of being left alone in a room with a delicious mass amounts of TREATS! The ultimate fear.

You just... can't... have.... one. *cue spooky music, thunder claps, and ghost ooooos*
