Organization...I use both the calendar on my phone and an "analog" planner. On most Sundays, I take some time to chart out the week ahead. I also have a bunch of to-do lists going simultaneously, because, Long Covid brain.
I try to check something off one of my lists most days, though I usually take one of the weekend days to unplug and do nothing (because, see above).
I feel like it's necessary for nearly everyone to keep planners and to do lists of some sort. Our brains are always running and moving... If I don't write down a thought I have, within a couple of minutes it WILL be forgotten!
