I believe in finding what helps unlock your greatest potential.
And sometimes that means leaving behind ways of living you were always told you “should” follow.
A lot of the time, what we’re “expected” to be doing, believing, and investing in are neither fulfilling nor impactful. And I always believed it was because we’re all so uniquely individual.
This showed up most for me when I was told to “just pray” one too many times as I confided in someone during a very tumultuous time in my life.
Learning how to more confidently advocate for myself, and be at peace with others’ misconceptions and fears around the practices and tools I do enjoy using has just been the tip of the iceberg for the change, shifts, and transformations in my life.
This newsletter is about empowerment, and being your biggest advocate. And I’m SO excited to lead by example for you by unapologetically showing up for what brings me the most joy: personal writing, and personal development in all shapes and forms.
Nearly nothing about this world–or us–is binary. So trying to fit any human into a box for how they should live their life, heal, and grow as a person is just silly to me.
That’s why this newsletter is called When She Manifests. They’re stories cherrypicked from my own life lessons and experiences that I want to share with you. Because once I was able to find the confidence to start actively exploring other ways to connect to Christ, my life has only changed for the better.
I hope you can either find pieces of yourself within my stories, or are inspired to break patterns that don’t serve you so you can explore your own curiosity and joy.
I’m so excited for you to join me on this journey! I’ve spent nearly a decade shrouded in self-doubt that had trapped me in self-sabotaging tendencies as a writer for too long.
The online world is noisy, and some of that noise has stuck with me over the years:
Like the constant need to filter and edit my voice to fit into the mold of “proper” online business and marketing.
Feeling like I had to alter the way I expressed myself so people could notice me online, because I always kept in the back of my mind just how vast the internet is.
And how easily forgettable you can be.
But I’m not feeding into that internal narrative anymore.
It’s no longer fun to show up doing what I love if I have to create fake rules around whether or not the rest of the world could ever consider my joy as enough reason to birth a creation.
So here’s what you can expect instead:
Intentional living
Human Design
Grounded, and intentional manifestation
The power of the subconscious mind
Rants about Christian observations
Sharing food, videos, articles, etc. that I’ve been enjoying
Personal essays and stories
This list can shift and change over time. What naturally comes up for me and what you want to see will play a huge part in what I write, and I want to let this process be as organic as possible.
